Esther got her start in the visual industry through photography in 2011. Over the years, her experience has evolved to include marketing, strategy, and various roles within video production. Since Co-Founding Elemental she has produced campaigns, directed commercial projects, led photography, and stylized sets on both the photo and film side. She prioritizes the experience behind the work Elemental creates whether for clients, crew, or talent. She firmly believes that no film set should be without fruit snacks and coffee.
